As a service provider, we strive to offer fast, efficient and reliable service. Our genial field staff meets assists and escorts our clients. We maintain a small, well kept fleet of vehicles. The fleet, consisting of 3 medium sized buses and several vans and four wheel drives is well maintained and all vehicles are air-conditioned. Our office staffs are regularly appraised in order that they may exercise the highest professionalism in their work, and be able to face daily challenges with as much dexterity as possible.

One key factor in our hotel selection is the hotel's awareness for environmental issues such as energy conservation, waste recycling, sewage disposal or air emissions. Most parts of Tanzania and Zanzibar are still an indigenous paradise not exploited by mass tourism, and we want this to stay like that. Further we prefer to work with hotels embracing sensitivity to the interest of the local population, employing locals and utilizing eco-friendly materials, local handicrafts, and supplies as far as possible.
